飞饼皮提前从冷冻室拿到冷藏室解冻。完全解冻后卷起,切成适当的小段(一张皮一般切5段合适)。拿一段皮,一个截面上沾面粉,有面粉的一面朝上,贴在模具上,用大拇指按压,让皮均匀地贴在模具上,底部比四周稍微薄一些。放冰箱冷藏松弛越20分钟
淡奶油,牛奶,细砂糖混合,稍微加热让糖溶化。冷却后加入蛋黄和低粉,混合均匀
塔皮拿出,装入蛋挞水7分满。可在底部放小块水果,比如芒果,就成了芒果味蛋挞
烤箱预热210度,中层烤25分钟左右,待表面出现焦点即可出炉
