先将适量红豆加糖煮软
买来的冻挞皮
挞水原料(18只):牛奶250ml,蛋黄四个,糖2大勺,炼乳2大勺
将上述混合搅拌均匀
煮软的红豆沥干水份取几颗置入挞皮内,加9成满挞水放入烤箱即可
烤箱预热后,中层上下加热20分钟左右(200度左右)
