椰浆中加入白糖拌至融化(也可以火上稍微加热帮助融化)
加入淡奶油、蛋黄继续搅拌
加入生粉拌匀,然后将挞水过滤(这一步可以让挞馅口感顺滑)
倒入半成品挞皮中,7分左右满即可
放入预热好的烤箱,220度,中层25分钟,看表面有焦黄点出现就可以
