桌上撒薄面,把飞饼略微擀成方形,从一头卷起,放冰箱冷藏10分钟
冷藏好切成12份,两份叠加,按扁,擀成圆形面片
面片放蛋挞模中捏好,底部要薄,边缘要高出挞模
挞液倒8分钟满
烤箱预热220,中下层,烤20-25分钟(视自家烤箱偏温情况,一般挞心出现焦斑就好了)
