加入砂糖拌匀
小火隔水加热,边加热边搅拌,直至砂糖融化
将液体凉至室温
将全蛋打散,搅拌,无需打发
将蛋液倒入牛奶液中,搅拌均匀
筛入低粉,搅拌均匀
将做好的蛋挞水过筛,倒入事先准备好的挞皮内
烤箱预热,上下火220度,把蛋挞放入烤箱,中层烤15分钟
