蛋黄加入香草精再加入45g糖搅打至以打蛋器勾起的蛋黄液出现线条状
蛋白分三次加入白砂糖打至干性发泡
将蛋白分次和蛋黄糊混合,最后筛入低粉拌匀
面糊装入裱花袋,在烤盘中画出一大一小两个圆饼。(大的圆饼要超过梅花慕斯圈)
在面糊表面撒上糖粉,静置5分钟,再撒一层糖粉
烤箱预热170度,中层上下火12分钟左右
冷却之后,用慕斯圈裁出需要的大小
