将奶酪加细砂糖打至柔滑.(可先煮荔枝浆或者将打发好的奶酪入冰箱冷藏)
荔枝肉加入料理机打成浆煮至沸腾,加泡软吉利丁拌至荔枝果浆与吉利丁
完成混合.待降温(不烫手)后加入奶油奶酪搅拌均匀
将打至九分发的鲜奶油与荔枝混合物拌合。冷藏6小时以上
吉利丁片可追加,荔枝的水份较多,加上夏天天气较热,冷藏时间看自家冰箱
