淡奶油加糖粉打至六分发,把抹茶鱼胶液过筛到淡奶油中,用刮刀把鱼胶液和淡奶油搅拌均匀,慕司液完成
取一杯子,先倒入一点慕司液,铺上奧利奧饼干粉,继续铺上慕司液,再铺上一层奧利奧饼干粉,最后再铺上一层慕司液(慕司液三层,饼干粉两层)。放入冰箱冷藏3小时
