将全蛋打进盆里隔热水使其温度在36~38度左右,然后加入细砂糖,用打蛋器打发至浓稠,颜色发白的状态
取少量打发的鸡蛋糊和融化的黄油混合均匀备用
然后筛入1/3的低粉进蛋糊里拌匀,再依次加入剩下的面粉从下拌起拌匀
最后把混合了黄油的蛋糊加进去拌匀后倒进模子里,175度烤约30分钟左右
