蛋白加盐打至粗泡,加糖打至中性发泡
取1/2蛋白霜与全蛋糊混合翻拌均匀
加入提前过筛好的粉类,轻轻捞拌均匀
加入剩余蛋白霜混合翻拌均匀
取一勺面糊,与融化黄油混合均匀
倒回面糊中,拌匀
倒入铺油布的烤盘中,抹平,振几下大泡,用巧克力酱画出线条状
烤箱预热220度烤10分钟左右,取出后晾凉,撕去油布,切去不平整的围边,盖上保鲜膜备用
