鱼胶片用冰水泡软(如用没冰过的水泡容易碎,我就是用常温水泡的结果就不完整了)
锅中放入切碎的巧克力,倒入已加热的鲜奶拌溶化后,加入泡软的鱼胶片拌匀即成巧克力糊
将鲜奶油打发至稍有纹路(我用的是雀巢淡奶油,很不好打发,事先把盆和打蛋器都冰过了还是打发不起来,只打到稍变粘稠的程度),分两次加入巧克力糊中拌匀
