鸡蛋加15g砂糖打散
加入椰浆,边搅拌边用小火加热至约85度
关火,加入泡发的吉利丁片,融化后搅拌均匀
将椰浆蛋糊用冰水降温
将奶油加剩下的砂糖,打至6成发,与椰浆蛋糊混合均匀
模具底部放入一片13cm的海绵蛋糕底,刷上糖酒液后,倒入慕斯糊
入冰箱冷藏3-4小时脱模,打发好裱花的动物淡奶油。在慕斯中间根据需要挤上一圈奶油做装饰
撒上绿色开心果碎,放上自制巧克力插牌子
