鸡蛋煮熟了切碎备用
鸡肝用一半的黄油煎到两面焦香拿出
放入剩下的黄油和洋葱末用小火炒香超软
倒入白兰地略翻,知道酒味散掉
将鸡肝切碎,与锅里的酒汁洋葱,鸡蛋,百里香一起放入搅拌器打到基本成泥,中间适量加入油调节稠度
最后放入盐与胡椒调味后,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟即可
