用另外一个盘子,把鲜奶油,白砂糖,香草精打发至顺滑
再用另外一个无油无水的盘子,把蛋白打发至硬性发泡
将巧克力混合物加入打发好的鲜奶油,然后把打发好的蛋白分3次加入,拌匀
把慕斯混合物装入模具,放入冰箱至凝固
