室温下将黄油打发,加入糖粉拌匀,分次加入全蛋液拌匀

将冰箱里的面团取出,擀成圆形派皮,再放入派盘整形,用擀面杖擀去多余的,用叉子扎上小孔后继续松弛15分钟,放入预热好的180度烤箱中层烤10分钟
草莓洗净切小块,与糖和玉米淀粉混合均匀备用
把草莓馅铺到派皮中,薄厚要均匀
飞饼切成长条,把切好的长条放在派上成格子状
将派盘放入预热至180度的烤箱,上下火,中层烤约15分钟
