把另外20克糖和玉米淀粉,盐,水一起调成浆状,淀粉要完全化开,加入2中
继续加热搅啊~搅啊~搅~到微微有凝固体出现时,加入苹果丁,肉桂粉,继续搅到汤汁收干,派馅就好啦~~
取飞饼一张,铺上苹果馅,边上刷蛋液,对折压紧边缘,在正面切熊爪纹
最后在表面刷一层蛋液,入预热的烤箱,220度,15分钟
