奶油切成1CM左右的小块,和粉类混匀后放入食物料理机中搅拌成奶油成米粒大小
牛奶和蛋黄打匀,加入到1中略为翻拌,再用手搓揉按压成面团,用保鲜膜包好,冷藏3小时。(我冷藏了一夜)
将面团擀成厚度2mm左右的派皮,叉上小孔,压入模具内,多出的派出用擀面杖压滚切除,垫上油纸,放上重石,180度烘烤30分钟左右
拿掉重石和油纸,用刷子刷上蛋糕,再烘烤5分钟,然后取出冷却备用
