从冰箱里取出冷藏好的面团,擀成3MM厚的面皮,放入派盘中,略修整,用牙签叉些小洞
把鸡蛋打散后,加入奶油搅拌均匀
苹果洗净后切成薄片,铺在面皮上摆好形状
倒入蛋液奶油,再撒上一些肉桂粉。送入烤箱,180度,25分钟左右
