烤箱预热200度(th.7)
苹果去皮去核切片,平底锅里融化黄油,分数次把苹果片两面煎软
烤盘刷油后,把苹果片一片叠一片地整齐排列在烤盘里,然后撒上盐和胡椒粉
鹅肝酱切成小四方粒状,均匀撒在苹果片上
把叉子在酥皮上扎几排小洞,然后酥皮覆盖在苹果片与鹅肝粒之上,把多余的边缘部分也轻轻折进烤盘里
把牛奶和蛋黄搅拌均匀,用刷子刷在酥皮之上
进烤箱烤10分钟左右,直至酥皮变金黄
取出稍等2分钟,把烤盘反扣于一大碟子之上,切件与煎鸭胸片一起上碟即可
