木耳、香菇、莲子用温水泡发;烤夫用水煮软后过清水并挤净水份
将烤麸切成一公分见方的块,木耳改小朵,香菇切丝
锅内热油,七成热,放入桂皮、大料煸出香味,依次倒入香菇、莲子、烤麸、木耳炒匀,下入酱油、糖(一定要多),倒水没过菜面
中火煮到汤汁快收干时,调入鸡精,起锅前拌入香油即可
