黄油室温软化,细砂糖和盐混合分两次加入黄油,搅拌至松软体积略膨大
鸡蛋打散分三次加入黄油,每次都搅拌均匀再加下一次
所有粉类混合,将1/3筛入黄油蛋液中,减半至无颗粒
加入1/3牛奶拌匀,再筛入1/3粉类--1/3牛奶以此类推
拌入大部分核桃碎和燕麦片(燕麦片可加可不加),面糊制作完成
面糊装入6个麦芬模内,烤箱预热至175度,中层上下火20分钟即可
