低粉、小苏打、泡打粉混合过筛。草莓洗净,一些切瓣一些切块
细砂糖、植物油、鸡蛋、牛奶用打蛋器搅拌均匀(不要出现水油分离)
在蛋奶液里加入过筛的粉类,拌匀。再加入切块的那一部分草莓拌匀
把蛋糕糊舀入蛋糕杯,5~7分满。排入烤盘,切瓣草莓放在上面点缀。在预热好的烤箱烘焙即可
