鸡蛋打散后,加入玉米油、牛奶、朗姆酒拌匀,再加入红糖和盐搅拌匀
把果酱倒入第一步中搅拌均匀
低筋面粉和泡打粉、盐一起混合过筛,倒入湿性材料中
用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀(切勿画圈搅拌,要从底部往上翻拌),拌到面糊全部湿润即可
把拌好的面糊装入裱花袋,挤入模具中,7分满即可。放入预热好的180度烤箱内,烤25分钟左右
