黄油+白糖打到略微体积膨胀
鸡蛋打散,分3次加入到1中,每次搅拌均匀
泡打粉和面粉加入香草香精混匀,过筛,入(2),若太黏稠可略微加点水,到整个体系成粘糊状
拌入速冻的蓝莓(不推荐新鲜蓝莓,因为烘烤过程中新鲜蓝莓不容易保持完整)
烤箱预热200C,烘烤约25min(用筷子扎入至中间然后拔出,若筷子上没有带面糊则熟了)
