樱桃去核,切碎,用20克糖腌1小时,把汁液攥出留用
粉类混合过筛,和盐、15克糖混合
鸡蛋+水+樱桃汁=120克
把以上液体和香草精、植物油彻底混合均匀(不要出现水油分离)
把粉和液体用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀,加入樱桃碎拌匀。用小勺子舀到模子里,放到预热的烤箱烘烤即可
