分次加入打散的鸡蛋液,每一次搅打至鸡蛋与黄油完全融合再加下一次,至黄油呈现体积膨松,颜色发白的奶油霜状
加入朗姆酒拌匀
加入过筛的低筋面粉、泡打粉、奶粉,用橡皮刮刀把粉类搅拌均匀,不要过度搅拌
将搅拌好的面糊装入裱花袋中,挤入放好纸杯的muffin模中,剂入纸杯七分满即可
放入已经预热好的烤箱,180度烤20分左右即可
