去核红枣放入锅中,加入没过红枣的水(约500ML),先大火煮开后盖盖小火煮半个小时;

将煮好的红枣连同剩下的水一起放入搅拌器中,打成均匀的枣泥(约140克);

用130ML冷水溶化冰糖粉,如果用了砂糖的话要用温水溶化,在另一个碗中筛入面粉、放入核桃,然后倒入枣泥和糖水,充分搅拌成均匀的面糊;

加入泡打粉,充分搅拌后静置20分钟;

用勺子把发酵好的面糊盛入杯子中,蒸锅上汽后大火蒸15分钟,趁热享用!
