将莓干放入朗姆酒中浸泡10分钟以上
黄油切成小丁室温软化
将奶粉,泡打粉及低筋面粉混合过筛备用;软后的黄油逐次加入细白砂糖用打蛋器搅打至呈浅黄色并体积膨大
将3个鸡蛋磕入碗中,打成蛋液,分3次倒入打发的黄油糊中,并快速搅打至充分融合;再加入一点点盐及少许香草精搅匀
将筛过的混合面粉倒入黄油糊中,并拌匀至无颗粒,加入一半的蔓越莓干拌匀
将黄油糊放入纸杯模具中,6-7分满即可,并在上层撒上剩余的蔓越莓干
烤箱预热170度,中层,20分钟即可
