用电动打蛋器打发黄油,加入糖、盐,打至颜色变浅体积膨大;
分次加入蛋液、蜂蜜至完全混合;
按1/3粉类+1/2椰浆+1/3粉类+1/2椰浆+1/3粉类 的分量和顺序加入并拌匀至无干粉即可,最后放入蜜红豆;
装入裱花袋,入模,180°,中上层,15min。
