咖啡粉与水搅拌均匀
鸡蛋液加入糖用手动打蛋器搅拌至糖溶解,蛋液颜色变浅,蛋液变浓稠细腻
依次将油、鲜奶倒入蛋液中,依次搅拌均匀融合、再加入咖啡液,搅拌均匀
低粉、泡打粉、小苏打混合过筛入做法3的蛋液里
将烤箱预热到180度
将面糊用勺子或裱花带放进纸杯里面,纸杯表面撒上葵瓜子和金宝酥粒
纸杯放入烤箱,烤制30分钟
常温下放置,1天后食用
