烤箱预热 200度,准备麦芬模具(我用的纸模垫在铝制蛋挞模)
面粉,白糖和小苏打混合均匀
打散鸡蛋,加入植物油及牛奶,稍稍打匀
将液态混合物3加入到粉状混合物2里,搅拌均匀
加入事先冲洗过并晾干的蓝莓,拌匀
分装到准备好的模具里,8-9分满
进烤箱烘烤20分钟左右,直到表面略呈金黄色。
