烤箱预热200°C,面粉过筛,将干料和匀(面粉,糖,泡打粉,苏打,盐,肉桂)
香蕉捣碎,与湿料和匀(香蕉泥,奶,油,鸡蛋)
干料和湿料倒在一个盆里,用十字切的手法和匀(切忌顺时针搅拌和匀,否则会影响软度)
巧克力碎放在一个塑料袋里,加一小点面粉摇一摇,然后倒在面糊里,十字切几下和匀
面糊倒入带纸托的烤盘,倒到与纸托齐平,便能烤出完美的muffin top
入烤箱烤20分钟,出炉前用牙签扎一下,牙签干净就熟了。(小纸杯用不了20分钟,大纸杯适量延时)
