低粉过筛加入锅中,拌均匀
这时再开火,中火,一边搅拌
待锅底有挂面糊时,关火
面团从锅中取出放入盆中,待面团温度降低,温热不烫手时,分次加入鸡蛋液。每加一次搅拌均匀,再加另一次
拌好后的面糊,用刮刀挑起呈倒三角型
将面糊装入裱花袋,挤在高温油布上
预热好的烤箱,190-200度,烤30分钟左右
烤好后,从底部挤入奶油即可
