奶油奶酪隔水加热至软后,用打蛋器打至细滑五颗粒
牛奶加热,放入泡软的吉利丁片,白糖,绿茶粉,搅拌均匀
将混合好的牛奶慢慢倒入奶油奶酪中,并搅拌均匀
黄油隔水加热打发,刚开始起纹路时加入动物性淡奶油,一起打发,打发至纹路清晰即可
将奶油糊倒入奶油奶酪糊中,搅拌均匀
倒入模具中,冰箱冷藏5个小时以上,直到慕斯完全凝固
