A+B搅拌均匀成团后加入C搅拌到完全阶段,室温发酵大约3个小时
分割滚圆:2个,中间发酵15分钟(室温即可)
整形:将中间发酵完成的面团排气后擀开,成椭圆形,从上往下折1/3后,压紧,再从下往上折1/3压紧。将收口朝下,将面团上下擀长,约30CM,翻面后卷成贺柱形。收口朝下,放入烤模内发酵
发酵至8分满,刷上全蛋液后即可入炉烤焙
烤箱预热,上下火160度,约30分钟即可
