将100毫升开水冲入啤酒花内,沏开后晾至微温滤除啤酒花留水备用
将1的啤酒花水再加剩余的水够240毫升,加入到除黄油外的所有原料中混合搅拌成稍光滑的面团,再加入黄油继续搅拌至面团可拉出透明状的薄膜
室温发酵至两倍大
将面团取出,分成六等份,滚圆,中间松驰15分钟
取一份面团,擀成长椭圆形,翻面,铺上蜜红豆,卷起来收口,依次放入吐司盒中
最后发酵至九分满,烤箱预热,180度,35分钟,出炉即刻脱模,晾至微温,切片入保鲜盒密封
