面团发酵至2倍大.手指蘸面粉按下面团,面没有回缩即发酵好
把面团分成三个等份.揉圆,用保鲜膜盖上再次发酵15分钟
15分后取出面团按扁上下擀,擀成长条后上下三折翻面再次按扁擀成长条卷成卷放入吐司盒中再次发酵
待盒中面团发酵至分满盖上盖子放入预热好的烤箱下层180度烤40分钟
