将材料A和B全部混合后,用面包机搅拌至成团,再加入C继续搅拌至可拉出透明薄膜阶段
室温发酵至两倍大
将面团分割成六等份,滚圆,松驰15分钟
取一份,将面团排气后擀开(擀时要尽量挤净空气),成椭圆形
从左往右折1/3,压紧;再从右往左折1/3,压紧
将面团上下擀长,约30CM,翻面后卷成圆柱形
依次擀卷完成后,分别放入两个吐司模
最后发酵:放温暖处发酵至模具的九分满
烤箱预热,200度,倒数第二层,烤约40分钟。(如果烤山形吐司,当上色合适时要加盖锡纸免得烘烤过度)
