直接法搅拌面团到完全阶段,放入果干微搅拌几下取出滚圆第一次发酵至2-2.5倍大
分割3等份松弛20分钟,整形,最后发酵至8分满,上色盖锡纸,200°烤40分钟。(我用180度烤的,反正用自己常用的温度)
