排气、滚圆 → 松弛15分钟 → 擀开成边长20cm正方形 → 翻面 → 铺上车达奶酪 → 卷紧成圆柱体 → 放入吐司盒 → 发酵至9分满(我用了1个半小时) →带盖入炉,190度,中下层,30分钟 → 出炉后立即脱模
