收口朝上,上下擀开卷起,松弛10分钟
再上下擀开,刷上蛋液,撒上葱花,放上几片撕碎的奶酪片,再撒些烧烤盐,然后卷起入模
最后发酵至9分满加盖入炉,170度烤40分钟
