按扁,撖长后再翻面卷起
两端捏合后搓成长条状
编成辫子,注意用力均匀(很随意地),不要拉得很紧
两端对折后放入模底,盖上盖子或保鲜膜进行第二次发酵至八分满
烤箱150度预热,底层,40分钟左右(参考)
