无盐奶油室温软化后,打成乳霜状
加入糖粉、盐,用橡皮刮刀拌匀
加入打散的蛋液,用打蛋器搅拌均匀,并打至柔滑饱满状
先筛入1/3低筋面粉,用橡皮刮刀拌匀
倒入1/2牛奶,拌匀
再筛入1/3低筋面粉,用橡皮刮刀拌匀
加入剩余的牛奶,用橡皮刮刀拌匀
筛入剩余的1/3低筋面粉、泡打粉和可可粉,轻轻拌匀即可
用汤匙装入纸模中,约7-8分满,撒上耐高温巧克力装饰(我还放了些XJP买滴橙色巧克力豆,嘿嘿)放入预热的烤箱,以180℃烘烤30分钟
出炉、待凉
