蛋黄加30克白糖打至发白
低筋面粉过筛
蛋白放入无油无水的容器中,分次加入白糖30克打发至倒三角
将蛋黄和蛋白混合
再倒入过筛后的面粉混合
然后装入挤花袋,挤出手指形,上面洒两遍糖粉,放入预热190度的烤箱中烤15分钟左右。我是分两次烤的。烤好后,全部放入烤箱中至凉
