Step 1

将水和糖倒进小锅里烧开糖化离火,将蛋黄用打蛋器打到浓稠,将烧开的糖水缓缓倒入蛋黄里拌匀后搅打5分钟,冷却待用

奶酪隔水加热至软滑,倒进蛋黄糊里搅打均匀

鱼胶粉加适量水化开后隔水融化,将融化的鱼胶液倒进奶酪蛋黄糊里拌匀
