将豆浆蛋黄糊倒回锅中小火加热成比较硬挺的酱,放凉备用。
将室温软化好的奶油奶酪搅打到顺滑,与豆浆蛋黄糊搅拌均匀即成豆乳酱。
淡奶油加糖粉打发备用。
