巧克力隔水融化(牛奶巧克力、黑巧克力均可)
软化的黄油里,加入糖粉、筛入巧克力粉、盐,用电动打蛋器打至细腻顺滑,
再滴入2滴香草精,搅打均匀
最后将融化的巧克力用橡皮刮刀刮入,用打蛋器完全混合巧克力
