蝴蝶面用水煮熟,大约10多分钟,要煮到蝴蝶面变成奶黄色,用手指掐掐变软了为止,煮蝴蝶面的水里可以加1小勺盐和橄榄油
蝴蝶面煮好后关火,起油锅,炒虾仁至八分熟
用漏勺随便一捞蝴蝶面,沥干一部分水(不用控得非常干),放进炒锅中,同时加入蒜泥一同翻炒均匀
加入牛奶和淡奶油煮匀,调入适量盐,把奶汁煮得微沸即可关火
