黃油於室溫軟化後加入細砂糖拌至無顆粒感
如右圖的光滑度即可
再將雞蛋分次拌入
最後將粉類過篩分2~3次拌入 也將巧克力磚隔水溶化後一起拌入麵糊中
倒入約6吋~8吋模型中請再將核桃灑在麵糊上即可
火溫請用上下火160度考35~40分鐘將牙籤插入蛋糕中如果沒有溼溼的麵糊沾黏於牙籤上即可,放涼後再倒模切塊!!
