黄油切成0.5cm见方的小颗粒,与面粉 抹茶粉 泡打粉、糖和盐混合,搓成有粗糙颗粒感的状态;
再加入100g牛奶 快速揉成团,不成团可另外再加20g;
将面团用保鲜袋装起来,擀面杖擀开 约2~3cm厚,然后放入冷冻柜里冷冻20分钟;
取出面团 撕开保鲜袋,用模子压出形 放到铺有烤纸的烤盘上(保持间距),多出的面团回擀 再压出形;
烤箱预热200°,司康表面刷一层蛋液,中层 烤20分钟左右至表面上色即可。
